  I did not want to give this place a star because they deserve a big ZERO, but it wont let you post your review unless you give it at least one star! With that said, I regret the day I allowed myself to be referred to this place. What an insult it is to all the CHOP networks to have an office in the Pottstown area with such a bad reputation and with so many patients leaving because of the unsatisfactory services and treatment they are receiving! This is one of the worst practices around! Dr. Maria Conwell is the worst doctor in that office! She is so rude but so are the the nurses and the rest of the front desk staff. They make it almost impossible to be seen when your child is sick and many many times the nurses are diagnosing your children over the phone by reading whatever they can find on their computer monitors that may pertian to whatever it was you just got done describing to them over the phone that your child is experiencing. Another thing they do that is just beyond ridiculous, is send you all over the place to see different specialists, if oh God forbid labs come back just a tad bit out of range! Then they may or may not want to see your child back in the office if you havent seen the specialist. These were all my experiences plus the others I havent mentioned. My kids are no longer there. The new office is great and show more concern with all of my childrens health needs! They are also professional! Theres no rudeness and no damn nurses trying to diagnose over the phone!
